Step into Rachel's world by visiting:
The Ancient Truth Investigators (ATI), is a project of Brooklyn-based artist, Rachel Rader. At the center of ATI are objects made of glass, metal, fibers, and other materials that are fabricated to look like mythical versions of geological specimens. ATI is a narrative-driven exploration in performance art, wearable objects, and sculptural forms.
While in character, Rader embraces the persona of the Chief Investigator of ATI.
Banded Strattite is one of the many objects that Rader makes which is pivotal to the narrative in her imagined world. Within the context of the Ancient Truth Investigators narrative, Rader describes these objects as specimens discovered at energetic centers of the planet.
Made of glass, polymer, wool.
Within the Ancient Truth Investigators project, Rader makes wearable pieces that she calls Chakra Enhancers. Each piece is made to resemble the sculptural forms at the core of the Ancient Truth Investigators narrative.
Necklace is made of glass and gold-filled wire.
